Enea, a Polish electric power company, has extended its lease and expanded its space by more than 1,000 sqm at Skalar Office Center in Poznań. Cushman & Wakefield represented and advised the landlord and investor of the building, Górecka Projekt Sp. z o.o. The property is a class A office building with 15,000 sqm of leasable space and 466 parking spots. “We are pleased that Enea has decided to extend its lease and appreciates the high fit-out standard of the Skalar Office Center, which offers good value for money on the local office market,” said Magdalena Wiśniewska-Karwańska, president of the management board of Górecka Projekt Sp. z o.o.
