JCR Capital has hired Mark Fallon as Director of Business Development. Fallon will oversee efforts to market JCR Capital’s increasingly diversified suite of capital products to sponsors, brokers and other potential partners. Fallon has more than 30 years in business development and client acquisition roles across both real estate and finance. Prior to joining JCR Capital, Fallon was managing director at NGKF Markets in Denver. He has also served in executive roles at HFF Capital Markets, Capmark Securities, Raymond James Financial and other institutional capital providers. “Mark is a proven executive with an exceptional record of success across the commercial real estate arena,” said Jay Rollins, president and CEO of JCR Capital. “He will serve as a critical liaison between JCR and the real estate community as we continue to expand our range of partnerships and strengthen our position as the country’s leading middle-market investor.”
