Commerz Real has acquired a student and apartment housing project in Bonn for its CR Institutional Smart Living Fund. The project, located in the city’s Weststadt district, is scheduled for completion in 2019. The total investment volume is around €30.3m. The seller is Kreer Projekte. The acquisition was structured by Commerz Real as a forward deal. The units will range from 18 sqm to 31 sqm. The complex, located in the vicinity of the Endenich and Poppelsdorf campuses of Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, will also include a learning lounge and a shed for 304 bikes.
