CPI Radiant takes 128,000 sqf in Hudson, MA

CPI Radant, a division of Communication & Power Industries, has signed a new lease to take the entire 128,000 square feet of 4 Bonazzoli Avenue in Hudson, Massachusetts. The company specializes in the design, manufacture and testing of radomes, antennas, and composite structures for aerospace, defense and commercial uses. Colliers International represented the landlord, Lowfield Realty Group. The landlord will provide upgraded power to the building and perform some cosmetic upgrades. CPI Radant was represented by Alan Ringuett from The Stubblebine Company in the transaction.
