Segro completed two new warehouses in its Segro Logistic Park Praha in Hostivice to the west of Prague. Čedok and Fastenal Europe signed lease contracts for 450 sqm and 640 sqm respectively in the 3,500 sqm warehouse, which had a pre-lease of 1,300 sqm to GO! Express & Logistics. The new deals have brought its occupancy to 89 percent. The warehouse is the first example of SEGRO’s small business unit concept on the Czech market. The other new 3,500 sqm building was leased to Pivovary Lobkowicz Group, which will use it for both office and for storage space. Up to 250,000 sqm of GLA could eventually built at the park, which sits on 80 ha of land.
