Crestyl buys UBM’s share in DOCK IN ONE

14 June 2017

Crestyl took over the 50 percent share its partner UBM held in office project DOCK IN ONE. The first office building in the DOCK complex was built in 2013 in a 50:50 JV between Crestyl and UBM. Both companies are located in the building. Head of Crestyl group Omar Koleilat says that the company plans to consolidate other partnerships created in the past. “UBM was a reliable and professional partner, who helped us kick-start the DOCK project.” Work on DOCK IN ONE started in 2012 and the building was a cornerstone of the developer’s 120,000 sqm riverside development project called DOCK in Prague Libeň. Total investment costs are expected to run to CZK 7.5bn.
