A topping-out ceremony was held at the construction site of the 1st stage of the Riviera Park housing estate, implemented in the area of Krzyżówki and Płochocińska Streets in Warsaw’s Białołęka. The investment will include five buildings with five floors. The apartments will range from one-to four-room units of between 31 sqm and 89 sqm. They will also have a parking space in the garage hall. The investor of the project is Marvipol Development, while the general contractor is HOCHTIEF Polska. Completion of the project is planned for the first quarter of 2018.
