The first Real Estate Development Roundtable (RED-RS17), a gathering of key real estate professionals active in Slovakia and in Europe, was held on 7th June 2017 in Bratislava. RED-RS17, organized by Roberts Publishing Media Group, was divided into three private round table discussions. The topics included the influx of foreign investors into Slovakia’s property market, the limits of Slovakia’s industrial ability to absorb further investment, and the challenges facing developers as they try to meet Europe’s call for Nearly Carbon Neutral Buildings by 2020.
Zuzana Kanalová (VUB), Peter Daubner, (HB Reavis), Vladimir Krno (Slovenská spořite‘la), Rudolf Nemec (JLL), Tomáš Ostatník (CBRE), Tomáš Budař (CTP Invest), Juraj Suchánek (IUR) and Martin Stohl (HB Reavis) were among the attendees of the first Real Estate Development Roundtable. The real estate round-table discussions will be edited and featured in the July/August issue of CIJ with a special focus on Slovakia.
