Knight Frank was appointed as the sole agent of the Sportowa Centrum office complex in Gdynia. The company will lead the leasing process of two parts: the 6,700 sqm building B and building C with a total area of 3,500 sqm. Sportowa Centrum is an extension of Luzycka St. – the so-called office center of Gdynia. Building B was handed over for use in 2010, while building C will be completed in the second quarter of 2018. The company Sportowa Centrum is the investor and the property owner.
