P3 has developed a warehouse facility for Quick Service Logistics Polska, specializing in food logistics, at its Błonie park in western Poland. Quick Service will relocate from its existing premises at P3 Błonie to the new 9,000 sqm building, increasing the total amount of space it occupies at the park by 50 percent.
“We have been in P3 Błonie park since 2014. Our business has been growing quickly, and we have outgrown our existing 6,000 sqm warehouse, so we decided to expand. P3 has met our needs perfectly and is providing us with bespoke warehouse space that includes a freezing facility,” said Rafał Strzałkowski, director operations at Quick Service Logistics Polska. P3 Błonie park offers in total 14 buildings. The largest tenants include Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier and Triumph.
