A development trio made up of The Related Group, 13th Floor Investments and Key International has landed a $115 million construction loan for Hyde Beach House in Hollywood. The funding was provided by Guggenheim Corporate Funding, an affiliate of the New York-based investment and advisory firm Guggenheim Partners. The 41 story, 265 resort condo unit and 77 condo project is located at 4000 South Ocean Drive. The project is currently 70 percent sold with prices ranging from $590,000 to $1.3 million. Owners of resort units can use them 150 days out of the year, while condo owners will have unrestricted use of their units.
