JLL appointed Štěpán Šatoplet the new head of landlord representation for its office leasing division. With 14 years of experience on the Prague market, Šatoplet will help oversee changes at JLL’s office leasing department. The office agency will diversify its services into landlord representation, tenant representation and a new brokerage service. The team currently has five consultants and will steadily expand. Šatoplet has been active on the Prague property market since 2003, having previously worked for Skanska for almost nine years and for CBRE between 2012 and 2017.
