Globalworth signs leases on 16,600 sqm in Q1

Globalworth, one of the most active developers and investors on the Romanian real estate market, signed leases on 16,600 sqm of space in the first three months of the year. The occupancy rate of the company’s Romanian portfolio is now at 89.7 percent.
Globalworth’s new tenants include Wipro (3,900 sqm at Globalworth Tower), Global Compass (3,300 sqm at City Offices), Zara/Inditex (1,500 sqm at Globalworth Tower), Printec (1,300 sqm at Globalworth Plaza), Coface Insurance (1,200 sqm at Globalworth Plaza), Prime Kapital Development (1,100 sqm at Globalworth Tower), Baker Tilly (800 sqm at Herastrau Railway Station) and Nestle (700 sqm at Globalworth Tower).
