Bonava was named the most active housing developer in Germany by Bulwiengesa. Bulwiengesa based its analysis on how many square meters were developed in Germany’s largest real estate property markets (Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart) in the housing, office, retail and hotel sectors.
