Hamborner Reit has acquired an office property in the German town of Ratingen for €34.5m. The 10,500 sqm property is part of the Schwarzbach-Quartier scheme, which is currently under development by InfraRed Capital Partners. The office property’s main tenants include the technology service provider SPIE and the consulting and IT service provider Capgemini. The weighted term of the leases is around 8.5 years. JLL Düsseldorf brokered the transaction.
