IT services and solutions provider Techwave leased 382 sqm at the CityZen office building, located on the Váci út office corridor in Budapest. The property offers 12,600 sqm of class A office space on nine floors as well as three levels of underground parking. CityZen provides offices of various sizes in an effort to satisfy different needs of prospective tenants. There is 2,800 sqm still available for lease in the building.
