Liberty Center Mall is currently 70 percent leased, with the occupancy rate expected to top 80 percent by the end of the year. The shopping center, located in southern Bucharest, offers 25,700 sqm on three levels as well as 700 underground parking spots. Managed by JLL Romania, Liberty Center Mall has 60 tenants, including Carrefour Market, Altex, Adidas, Deichmann, CCC, Sephora, Steilmann, KFC, McDonalds and Spring Time.
