Food-packaging producer Dekofilm Polska has leased 7,350 sqm of space at Panattoni Park Radzymin, a new logistics park Panattoni Europe is developing 30 km from the center of Warsaw. The lease agreement was signed for a period of 10 years. JLL brokered the deal. Panattoni Park Radzymin will offer a total of 55,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space when fully developed. The first phase of the project is set for completion in the first quarter of 2018.
