Quest Investment Partners has sold the Elbhof office building, which it had recently acquired in Hamburg. The buyer, whose name was not disclosed, was advised by Albrecht Gebrüder & Co. The property will be handed over to the new owner in the third quarter of the year. Quest Investment secured a tenant, Serviceplan, for Elbhof in December 2016. Serviceplan will occupy the entire building and is scheduled to move in in September. The tenant plans to operate its House of Communication service plan concept from the location.
