Patrizia Immobilien has acquired Campus Hamburg, which is currently underway in Hamburg’s Othmarschen district. The new student residence will offer more than 3,000 sqm of living space across nine floors as well as 141 modern and fully furnished residential units. There will be community rooms on each floor, a communal kitchen and a rooftop terrace. The seller is Kapitalpartner Gruppe. Both sides have agreed to keep the sales price confidential. Completion is planned for fall 2018.
