Lennar Corp. has submitted plans with the city of Miramar’s Planning and Zoning Board for the development of a 385 single family community. The 1,120 acre site is currently owned by Univision, which has it under contract to Lennar. Located at the southwest corner of Bass Creek Road and Southwest 172nd Ave., the property is currently zoned for utilities. The project will feature home sites ranging in size 2,700 to 4,300 square feet. Amenities in the yet to be named scheme will include lakes, a clubhouse and pool, a fitness center, meeting rooms and a playground.
