Panattoni is building a logistics facility in Elsdorf, west of Cologne, for Noerpel Logistics Group. Completion is scheduled for November. The site has an area of approximately 100,000 sqm. The new building is going up on Auf der Brooke street and will offer approximately 41,656 sqm of warehouse space, 978 sqm of office and social space and 516 sqm of mezzanine space. The project was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate in Hamburg.
