Cresco Group secured a use permit for Uniq Staromestska two years after it broke ground on the project. Designed by Bogle Architects as a seven-floor building with three underground levels, the project offers 7,565 sqm of office and 917 sqm of retail and storage space. It is located on a former parking lot at the corner of Veterna and Staromestska streets. JĆ”n KrnĆ”Ä, CEO of Cresco Group, said that the project is in line with growing demand for high-quality office space in the Bratislava city center. CBRE Property Management Group was chosen as the manager of the building.
