Magna Immobilien has sold 115 residential units at West Park Othmarschen, currently under construction in Hamburg. The total project volume amounts to €70m. Magna Immobilien purchased the land, covering approximately 5,500 sqm, in 2016. MPP Meding provided the design. The project, located in the city’s Hamburg-Othmarschen district, will also include 63 subsidized units, which Magna Immobilien will keep in its private portfolio and rent upon completion. The apartments range from 42 sqm to 130 sqm.
