IAD Investments hired JLL as property manager of its Twin City A office project near the Mlýnské Nivy bus terminal in Bratislava. IAD acquired the 16,000 sqm asset at the end of last year through its Prvý realitný fond o.p.f., the oldest property investment fund in Slovakia. The building is leased to companies like PwC, Merck Sharp & Dohme, BNP Paribas Slovensko, Bayer and Sfera. JLL was also involved in relocation of SAP to Twin City C building, owned by HB Reavis. SAP took 3,000 of office at Twin City C, and relocated from the BBC V building.
