Nagel Česko signed two leases totaling 10,000 sqm on new logistics space in the Czech Republic. The leases were brokered by 108 Agency. VGP broke ground on a 6,000 sqm BTS facility for the logistics provider at VGP Park Olomouc. Nagel Česko specializes in food logistics and needs a complex cooling system and cross docking to effective handle its goods. Nagel also strengthened its position in the Prague region, leasing 4,000 sqm in the CEDES Logistik area in Modletice along the D1 motorway. Nagel already operates two warehouses along the D1.
