James Adams chosen for MD of Project & Development Services for C&W in Philly

James Adams has been selected to as Managing Director of Project & Development Services for Cushman & Wakefield’s Pennsylvania operations. Based in Philadelphia, Adams will be responsible for growing the firm’s PDS business in the region, including establishing and executing strategic direction, expanding services and developing new business. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Adams was managing director of PDS and Construction Services with Jones Lang LaSalle. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University. He is also a LEED Accredited professional, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is certified in Photovoltaic System Installation and ASHRAE system design.
