Hili Properties, the company who operates the McDonald’s business in Romania, has completed the purchase of ART Business Center in Bucharest, an investment that’s reportedly worth more than €30m. JLL was the agent that provided consulting in the transaction. The building, which was built by the Romanian entrepreneur Ion Chirescu, is situated in northern Bucharest offering a total of 18,600 of leasable area and 407 parking spots. The main tenants in ART Business Center are Ponderas Academic Hospital and Intesa San Paolo Bank.
