In a deal worth €8.3m, Catella Real Estate acquired a 30-unit newly built residential scheme in Dresden for a special fund managed by the German capital management company Institutional Investment Partner. The project was completed in April and is located in the city’s Johannstadt district. The property, which was fully leased before completion, is situated on Stübelallee.
