Skanska has fully leased the Five office building it is currently developing in Prague 5-Smíchov. Pharmaceutical company MSD, developer EBM, Sodexo restaurants, design studio U1 and Roche Diagnostics took all the space in the seven-story building designed by Qarta architectura. MSD is expanding to Five from the Riverview office project Skanska completed in 2014. MSD’s IT division, based in Prague, has been growing quickly and currently has 600 employees. In addition to its progressive office layout and energy-saving technologies, which opened way to LEED Platinum certification for the building, Five will also offer retail space and a restaurant on the ground floor, which, according to the architects, has been missing at the location.
