A new tenant signed a lease on 7,200 sqm at the G9 office building, owned by Triuva, in Warsaw. The name of the tenant was not disclosed.Triuva was represented by Kancelaria BSWW Legal & Tax. Colliers International, the international consulting company, has advised in the transaction.G9 offers 12,500 of class A office space on 12 floors as well as 160 parking spots.

The signing of such an important leasing agreement confirms that previous decisions, like the modernization of the building, rebranding from Victoria to G9 and property marketing, were equitable and effective,ā said Jacek Brzozowski, director of Triuva.
