The UpperWest tower in Berlin-Charlottenburg has been completed. The 118-meter building with 33 floors is located next to the Zoofenster Tower, the tallest building in Berlin’s City West district. Approximately €250m was invested into the construction, according to Strabag Real Estate. UpperWest offers 53,000 sqm of space, with 20,500 sqm of office and 3,900 of retail. The budget hotel Motel One has rooms on 18 floors of the tower building. There is a Skybar on the top floor.
