Trigema broke ground on its first residential project outside of Prague in Pilsen. Construction started on a six-story apartment building with 82 flats, ranging from one to four rooms. The developer says 25 percent of the flats have already been sold. Prices range from CZK 40,500 to 60,500 per sqm, well below Prague levels. Trigema head Marcel Soural says that Pilsen is among the most active residential markets in the Czech Republic, following Prague, Central Bohemia and South Bohemia.
The project, KLR@Plzeň, is located on Kollárova street near the central bus station and the Plaza shopping center within 10 minutes by foot from the city center. Completion is scheduled for summer 2018.
