Colliers International will continue to manage a 75,000 sqm office portfolio owned by Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH for another two years. Colliers has been managing the Triuva’s Warsaw properties since 2009. The portfolio currently includes Royal Trakt Offices, CH 25, G9 (formerly Victoria), Norway House, M10, N21, Le Palais, R34, Metron, Feniks and U10.
