Ghelamco is selling Przystanek mBank, an office project it is developing in Łódź, to LCN Capital Partners through its Luxembourg-based LCN European Fund II SLP. The companies signed a preliminary agreement. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Ghelamco was advised by JLL, while Hogan Lovells provided legal advice. Located on Kilińskiego street, the project will offer 24,000 sqm of office on six floors. The building has been solely leased to mBank Group. LCN Capital Partners is a sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investment specialist.
