Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected as the new leasing agent for a 1 million square foot industrial building in Jessup Maryland. Located at 7600 Assateague Drive the building has been rebranded as the Mid-Atlantic Commerce Center. The former Giant Food distribution site was previously called the Baltimore-Washington Logistics Center. The property’s owner’s, AEW Capital Management and Manekin Corp., redeveloped the building last year with a 160,000 square foot addition.
