Melrose Holdings has tapped Lee & Associates Maryland to provide asset management and leasing services for the Maryland Corporate Center. The four building, 224,000 sqf commercial office portfolio in Prince Georgeās County is located adjacent to MD Route 193 (Greenbelt Road), approximately four miles from the Capital Beltway (Interstate 495) and MD Route 295, and less than twenty miles from the Washington, D.C. core. Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Bill Harrison, Principal Kate Jordan and Associate Austin Eber will manage the marketing and leasing program, and Michelle Kimos, Director of Property Management, will oversee the asset management strategy.
