AEW Capital Management has selected JLL as the exclusive listing agent for a large industrial complex in Jessup, MD on behalf of one of its institutional separate account clients and the Manekin Corporation. Located at 7600 Assateague Drive, the property Formerly known as the Baltimore-Washington Logistics Center will be rebranded as the Mid-Atlantic Commerce Center. The 60-acre, one million square foot Class A redevelopment project will be represented by Mark G. Levy, Managing Director, Greater Baltimore Market and Mid-Atlantic Industrial and Logistics Group Leader.
