The construction and development company Polnord has reported a 27 percent increase in apartment sales y-o-y. This year, Polnord is planning 11 new projects across Poland in cities such as Warsaw, the TriCity, Olsztyn, Szczecin, Wrocław and Łódź. In all, the company expects to be working on around 1,450 apartments. The company’s goal is to reach sales of 1,500 apartments per year by 2019 with revenues of at least PLN 500 mln. The company claims to have one of the largest land banks of all Polish developers, capable of providing almost one million sqm of housing and usable space.
