Finep has acquired a building site next to its Jegého alej residential project in Bratislava. According to the server e-15, the Czech developer plans to build an additional 1,000 flats there and hopes to break ground in 2018. Michal Kocián, co-owner of Finep, says the investment is expected to cost billions of crowns. Finep has been active in Bratislava since 2006 and has completed approximately 1,000 flats in four phases at Jegého alej. It also has flats on offer at its 23-story Premiere project. In addition to its expanding activity in Slovakia, Finep is also looking for opportunities in Germany.
