Priderock Capital Partners has picked up a Key West multifamily property from partners Mast Capital and Rockpoint Group in a $56.8 million sale. The property, West Isle Club, is located at 3333 Duck Avenue, and has 192 apartments resting on a 6.2 acre site. Trading for a little over $295,800 per unit, the property resides within Key West’s New Town District and near the Key West International Airport. The sellers, who paid $39.5 million for the complex, upgraded the complex, including renovations to more than half the units and improving the exterior of the community prior to the sale.
