S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has been tapped by the Fellowship Square Foundation to manage the foundationβs senior living portfolio. The portfolio encompasses 667 units in five communities which are designed for independent seniors over age 62 with limited incomes, as well as persons with disabilities. S.L.Nusbaum, based in Norfolk, currently manages over 22,000 apartment homes in more than 140 communities throughout the mid-Atlantic.
