M7 Real Estateās Central European Fund has acquired the 62,000 sqm Aerozone logistics center near Ferenc Liszt Airport in Budapest. The price was not disclosed but is reportedly the largest transaction M7 made in Hungary to date. The deal follows the fundās recent acquisitions of two shopping centers: Atom Center in Paks and CsillagvĆ”r in Budapest. CBRE was appointed property manager and leasing agent of Aerozone.
