GTC S.A. signed a €11.4m investment loan with Berlin Hyp Bank to refinance its Corius office building in Warsaw. The class A project offers a total leasable area of 9,700 sqm and is a part of Aeropark Business Center located on Stycznia street, in proximity to Warsaw’s Chopin Airport. “The refinancing granted by Berlin Hyp Bank confirms the unceasing potential of this pro-ecological development. We appreciate the continued relationship of the company with its lender,” said Erez Boniel, GTC’s CFO.
