Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH has successfully re-leased nearly two-thirds of its industrial property in Kelsterbach, near Frankfurt am Main. A wholesaler specializing in building materials has taken up approximately 12,000 square meters of the 19,000-square-meter facility, using it as a base for storage and distribution.
The remaining 7,000 square meters have been leased to two transport companies, ensuring full occupancy of the building. “This new contract has allowed us to secure a seamless transition in tenancy, and we are very pleased with the result,” said Anna Fuchs, Asset Manager at Garbe Industrial Real Estate.
Originally constructed in 2008, the logistics property sits on a 32,500-square-meter plot within the Mönchhof industrial park, strategically located near Frankfurt Airport. Its proximity to the A3 motorway offers direct access to Cologne in the northwest and Nuremberg in the southeast, with the Raunheim junction just minutes away via the B43. The building is equipped with a photovoltaic system that spans its entire surface, meeting the latest standards for energy efficiency and sustainability.
This successful leasing deal highlights the property’s appeal due to its prime location and modern features, cementing its role as a key logistics hub in the region.
