Master Management breaks ground on Piotrkowska 155 in Łódź
Master Management Group is developing Piotrkowska 155, a commercial complex integrated with a Hampton by Hilton hotel, in central Łódź. The property will offer more than 25,000 sqm of office and commercial space. The tenant mix will include shops, restaurants, cafes, as well as a fitness club and a medical clinic. Master Management Group recently sold Galeria Młociny for €104.5m and is planning to develop a number of new projects in prime regional city locations across Poland.
