After 20 years of rapid development, Poland is the leading warehouse market in Central and Eastern Europe with a modern stock of 11.2 million sqm, according to Colliers International. A total of 1.26 million sqm was delivered to the market last year, while the transactional volume amounted to more than 3.32 million sqm. The development of Polan’s warehouse market began in the mid-1990s with the construction of two class A warehouses, totaling 25,000 sqm, by two US companies, TKG International and Menard Doswell, according to Colliers.
