Monument Real Estate Services has named Lesly Jones as vice president of marketing and leasing for the firm. With over 20 years of experience, Jones will be responsible for overseeing and developing marketing services that provide support, tools and solutions to the firm’s multi-family assets. Prior to joining the firm, Jones served as regional property manager at Pegasus Residential where she managed seven properties totaling 1,830 units. Jones has also served as regional manager and director of marketing at Drucker and Falk, president at Platinum Realty Services and director of marketing and training as well as regional property manager at Merry Land Properties and Cornerstone Realty Income Trust.
