Invesco Real Estate sold buildings A, B and C at its Futurama Business Park on top of the Invalidovna metro station in Prague 8 to Caerus Investment Management. The price of the transaction was not disclosed. Knight Frank represented Invesco in the deal. The three buildings, which are part of the first phase of the project, total 19,300 sqm of office space. The buyer acted on behalf of a separate account client, which acquired the second phase of Futurama in late 2015. “With these additional buildings, we are creating a critical mass in the project which will enable us to build upon our existing tenant relationships and manage the properties more effectively,” said Christopher Millen, MD of Caerus IM. “We believe such a consolidation strategy will greatly benefit both our investor and also the quality of the services we can offer to our now combined set of tenants.”
