Douglas Entrance in Coral Gables wins refinancing after renovation work

Miami-based Banyan Street Capital, and funds and accounts managed by Los Angeles-based Oaktree Capital Management have closed on a loan of $100 million to refinance the Douglas Entrance office park. Located at the intersection of SW 37th Avenue (Douglas Road) and SW 8th Street, in Coral Gables, the five-building, Class A office campus totals 462,888 sqf. The facility recently underwent renovation, including upgrades to the lobbies, common areas, elevators, a new café, restaurant/bar and conference center. CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team arranged the floating rate loan through Blackwell.
